Contact and About

Open More > Contact to use the library's published phone, email, website, address, or social links. Contact appears only when the organization has supplied public contact information.

The Standalone app also provides About & diagnostics. Use it to review the app version and open the dedicated OPAC diagnostic-log folder when library staff ask for troubleshooting information. OPAC logs are kept separate from the librarian Standalone app logs.

Do not paste passwords, one-time codes, card details, or other secrets into support messages. Members should contact their library for sign-in, account, loan, reservation, catalogue, or digital-access questions.

Sign out

Choose Logout at the bottom of More when using a shared device. Signing out clears the member session and removes protected locally cached digital content for that session.
