Cloud and Local setup records stay separate. Local records are not silently copied to Cloud setup.

- Desktop or laptop: best for first setup, imports, staff configuration, membership plans, reports, and large tables.
- Tablet: useful for counters, mobile desk workflows, scanning, and lightweight staff work.
- Phone: useful for quick lookup, camera capture, and focused mobile workflows.
