Notifications

The bell in the signed-in header shows the unread count and opens a compact unread list. Choose a notification to mark it read and continue to the relevant page.

Open More → Notifications for the full inbox, including notifications already read. Available reminders may include items due soon or overdue, holds ready for pickup, hold expiry, membership expiry, digital-access expiry, payments, and library services.

Notification preferences

Choose the delivery channels you want to allow. Actual delivery depends on the library's configured app, email, SMS, or WhatsApp services and valid contact information.

If notifications do not arrive

Check notification permission on the device, verify contact details in Account, and confirm the channel is enabled. Members should contact their library if a circulation or membership event is missing.
