Transaction History

Open Account > Transaction history to review posted member-facing charges and confirmed payments. The page also shows the current outstanding amount in the library's currency.

Charges increase the balance and confirmed payments reduce it. This page is a library account record, not a bank statement. Pending or unsuccessful payments do not appear as confirmed credits.

If an expected payment or correction is missing, refresh the page once and then contact the library with the date and transaction reference shown on your payment confirmation. Do not send card details or passwords.
