Troubleshooting
OPAC returns to Sign in
The secure session expired or was ended. This is expected safety behavior: stale account pages and protected offline content are cleared. Sign in again.
Unable to load library information
Confirm the internet connection and active library selection, then choose Retry. If all libraries fail, the service may be temporarily unavailable. Do not create another member account.
Search finds no expected title
Choose All libraries, remove advanced filters, check identifier spelling, and search again. A title may exist in another branch or may not be published to OPAC.
A page has no way back
Use the visible back arrow or device Back action. Account record views keep the bottom navigation visible. If an older installed build does not, update the Standalone app.
Theme or language does not update
Choose the theme or language control again and allow the active page to rebuild. If the issue remains after restarting, open More → About in the Standalone app and use its OPAC diagnostic-log option before contacting the library.
A hold, renewal, or digital action is unavailable
The action is controlled by current item status, Membership Plan, collection access, and library policy. Refresh the page. Contact the library if the displayed status appears incorrect.
Do and don't
- Do use the OPAC link supplied by your library.
- Do select the intended library before searching.
- Do keep the Standalone app updated.
- Don't share passwords or temporary digital-access links.
- Don't repeatedly pay when payment confirmation is pending.
- Don't expect cached digital content to remain after its entitlement ends.
