Try Libcodesk or request a demo

The Libcodesk welcome page introduces catalogue management, circulation and library activity step by step. It is useful when you want a short introduction before setting up your library.

Start a trial

  1. Open the welcome-page link from the advertisement or campaign message.
  2. Choose Start Free Cloud Trial from the header or any trial section.
  3. Complete the registration process. This link opens registration directly; you do not need to choose between downloading an app and continuing in the browser first.

A Cloud setup works in the Libcodesk WebApp. The native app can connect to a Cloud setup, or run a separate Local setup. Their records are separate; they do not automatically sync.

If you need to work without internet, choose Need offline software? Explore the Local edition. This opens information and downloads for the native app rather than Cloud registration. The setup comparison explains which option suits shared online access or on-device records.

Request a demo

  1. Choose Book a demo to reach the request form.
  2. Enter your name, preferred email and library or organisation. Check the suggested country/calling code and change it if necessary. The suggestion can follow the campaign link, an approximate regional hint or your browser language; it is not a verified location. Phone number and library requirements are optional. If you provide a phone number, include the area code and check the calling code.
  3. Read the privacy policy and consent to contact about your request.
  4. Choose Request my demo. Wait for the confirmation before closing the page.

The team will contact you to arrange a time. Submitting the form requests a demo; it does not confirm a scheduled appointment or create a trial account.

If sending fails, your details remain in the form. Check the error and try again. Avoid submitting real customer requests while testing the page.

Privacy and page measurements

The page measures visits, button clicks, scroll depth and active time in each section. It can associate registration progress, successful new-library setup and later milestones with that library, including its first recorded catalogue/member creation and initial paid subscription. These page-engagement measurements do not capture typed form content. Closing the tab or blocking browser measurements may leave engagement incomplete. These measurements do not identify the same person across devices.

The public website also includes advertising measurement. When your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, that measurement is disabled. Demo contact consent is separate: it permits the team to respond to your request.

Questions

Can members use the library from home?

For a Cloud library with the relevant features enabled, members can use Libcodesk OPAC to search the online catalogue, review book details, request reservations and read ebooks made available to them. Eligible members can give star ratings and suggest new titles for the collection. The welcome page includes a real OPAC screenshot and a link to request a demonstration. Access depends on library settings, membership permissions and available digital content. Owning a printed book does not automatically provide its ebook.

How do I choose a plan?

Choose View current plans and pricing near the questions to review current Cloud limits and billing terms. The welcome page does not hardcode prices. During signup, review your selected plan before deciding. Request a demo to discuss your collection size, staff workflows and setup, including a tailored quotation if needed.

The footer links to the Libcodesk homepage and current pricing, CodeAchi, customer support, the user guide and the privacy policy if you want to learn more before registering. No purchase is made by sending a demo request.

What if sending my demo request takes too long?

If the connection times out, your entered details remain available. Check your connection and choose Request my demo again. Do not close the page while it says it is sending; wait for confirmation or an error message.

Do I have to book a demo before a trial?

No. Choose Start Free Cloud Trial to go straight to Cloud registration.

Does the demo request create an account?

No. A demo request asks the team to contact you. Registration is a separate action.

Why is the request button disabled?

Complete your name, email, organisation and country/calling code, then accept contact consent. Phone and library requirements are optional. The button also stays disabled while sending or after a successful request.

Can I see an example before importing records?

The spreadsheet walkthrough links to a small sample CSV. Its rows are examples, not your library data. In your library, choose the material type and download a fresh template before preparing real records. Validate a few rows, correct the reported issues and then import. CSV, JSON, XLSX and ODS are supported; the Libcodesk WebApp also accepts XLS. MARC21 has a separate workflow. See Import Collection Items for the full steps.

What do the customer excerpts mean?

The welcome page links short excerpts to the original customer stories on CodeAchi’s company website. They describe experiences with CodeAchi, not an independent assessment of every Libcodesk Cloud feature. Use a trial or demo to check your own requirements.
